Artwork Guidelines

For Logo'd items, Sponsor Plaques, Corrugated Signage, and Banners:
  • All artwork should be submitted in the highest resolution possible to ensure no distortion when scaled to printing size
  • PLEASE DO NOT right click and save as logos from websites, these are rarely of adequate quality for print purposes as they have been formatted for use online (HTML)
  • .EPS or .AI file format (aka vector artwork) is preferred to allow for scale to any size without distortion, vector artwork is required when ordering items that will be screen printed or embroidered with your logo
  • Individual logo files should be a minimum of 100dpi at when scaled to full size. 300dpi is ideal for a sharp print
  • Banner and/or Corrugated sign layouts need to be a minimum of 200dpi, 300dpi is preferred
  • Files that appear blurry when opened on your computer, or at less than 50KB in file size, will most often result in a blurry/pixelated print
  • Any logos that are saved from email signatures or off website headers/footers are usually very small and poor quality - you should request the highest resolution logo available from each of your sponsors
  • Logos with solid color backgrounds must be edited to remove background
Note: Many vendors will REQUIRE vector artwork to process the order, if you do not have vector artwork available we can convert your logo to vector format for flat $40 fee and we will provide vector file to you for future use with us our other vendors.

GTS will accept the following (print-ready) file formats for printing:
  • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop: .AI, .PSD
  • Vector: .EPS, .AI
  • Adobe Acrobat: .PDF
  • Conventional graphic files .JPG, .PNG, etc.
